Use the current source page when possible. A spreadsheet cell can be incomplete or stale.

- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- Price makes sense beside similar finds.
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
- The row is not just hype or a vague label.
- I can explain why I would save this find.

- 6–7 pointsStrong shortlist candidate. Re-check the live details before acting.
- 4–5 pointsResearch more. Name the missing evidence and look only for that.
- 2–3 pointsWeak row. It creates more uncertainty than it removes.
- 0–1 pointsRemove for now. A title or price alone is not enough.

QC photos should answer different questions
Hoodies, shirts, and jackets
Front and back views help, but measurements, fabric texture, seams, prints, cuffs, zippers, and lining are the useful details.
Pants
Full length, waistband, pockets, hem, and fabric close-ups matter. Match the labelled size to waist, rise, inseam, and leg opening.
Bags
Ask for interior, closure, base, corners, hardware, strap, and a scale reference. Structure and dimensions affect parcel volume too.
Watches and jewelry
Use close-ups for dial, clasp, finish, edges, and scale. Photos cannot independently verify every material or performance claim.
Accessories
First identify the exact product type, then check the measurements and functions specific to it. “Accessory” is too broad for one photo rule.

The title says “best jacket”. There is one front image, no measurements, no lining view, and no current source check. The displayed price looks low, but the variant and likely parcel size are unknown.
Reason to remove: The row has confidence words but no usable evidence.
One-sentence rule
If you cannot name the reason, do not save the row
Your sentence should mention evidence: measurements fit, photos answer the category questions, the source matches, or the weight remains sensible. “Looks good” is not a decision rule.
